OverView
Holds a PhD in Business Administration with distinction. An assistant professor at Al-Balqa' Applied University. Has academic and professional experience in fields such as strategic management, human resources, organizational behavior, innovative leadership, sustainability, and artificial intelligence. With over 17 years of experience in administrative leadership, education, coaching, and scientific research. has held numerous administrative positions, including head of department and Dean assistant. Additionally, has contributed effectively to department and college councils and committees. She is currently a member of the University Council at Al-Balqa' Applied University.

She has published numerous research papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and prestigious international databases. In addition to participating in projects supported by international organizations such as USAID, which supports sustainability, and projects that encourage students to work together and interact with students from American and Arab universities to discuss common problems and provide sustainable solutions that achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), aiming to build a new generation of leaders who are responsible for their communities, have also participated in many local and international activities and conferences and published numerous research papers with a group of international researchers. In addition, have obtained international academic exchange programs and grants supported by Erasmus+, and contributed to international cooperation in academia in many countries in Europe, and contributed to a group of international joint projects with global universities in business and artificial intelligence sectors.
